FF Weekly: FFXIV Special Part 3

FINAL FANTASY XIV: Endwalker releases on November 23, and Hydaelyn and Zodiark’s tale told through the stars and fates will finally see its conclusion!

If you haven’t played FFXIV yet, it’s never too late! Why not take this chance to give the game a try and enjoy the upcoming Endwalker expansion?

On that note, we’d like to take this as a chance to introduce some characters who fight alongside FFXIV’s “Warriors of Light,” the members of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn. They’re a wonderful cast of characters, and we’re sure you’ll want to join them on their adventure!

Who are the Scions of the Seventh Dawn, you say?
A secret society devoted to serving the realm, they gave sage counsel to the leaders of Eorzea through unofficial channels. After their desperate struggle against the XIVth Imperial Legion, they stepped out from the shadows, and continue to work for the betterment of Eorzea.

Today we’re on to member number five, great mage Louisoix’s number one apprentice, Papalymo!

Papalymo Totolymo

A Lalafell of forty-two years and the first member you encounter, along with his comrade Yda, when beginning your journey in Gridania. The two have come to work together as a team but often butt heads, bickering like an old married couple.

Despite grumbling along the way, Papalymo dutifully assists Yda on her journey.

And now for member number six, a regular fixture of the Waking Sands, Urianger!

Urianger Augurelt

An Elezen Archon of twenty-nine winters and scholar of prophetic teachings, and the first to draw attention to the coming of the Seventh Umbral Calamity. Also a member of the Circle of Knowing, where he worked with the great mage Louisoix.

Urianger’s poetic style of speech is puzzling, but his words offer valuable guidance to the Warriors of Light.

Despite a typically collected demeanor, Urianger falters upon meeting his childhood friend Moenbryda.

Next week we will introduce the young genius twin Alphinaud and his more active twin sister Alisaie! Don’t miss it!
