National Day of Puppetry arrives on April 22! Lots of puppet-controlling characters appear across the FINAL FANTASY series – let’s take a look at a few!

Marionetteer and Marionettes (FFIV)

These monsters appear together. The Marionetteer will summon more Marionettes if it’s the only monster left, so make sure to take care of it first!

Lulu (FFX)

One of FINAL FANTASY X protagonist Yuna’s guardians who support and protect her on her journey. She has a surprisingly playful side, commanding the stuffed animals she collects as weapons.

Puppetmaster (FFXI)

These wandering performers entertain crowds and confound their enemies with a customizable puppet known as an "automaton." Puppetmasters can also fall back on hand-to-hand fighting skills that utilize the flexible movements of their art.
